I have to admit that being a weightlifter and bodybuilder most of my life I have been a big fan of dumbbells. They are versatile and easy on the biomechanics of the body. Dumbbells are great for combining cardiovascular aerobic work with anaerobic work to help strengthen keys area of the body. They are great for joint health and really help you develop muscle growth with a better range of motion. However, the new craze is kettlebells. This full-body, functional form of movement can help anyone create better strength and range of motion. The kettle bells come in various sizes for all body types. This will set you apart for creating a certain strengthening movement to improve overall performance. Whether you are 19 or 70, a great personal trainer and coach can help you utilize the kettlebell for an ultimate functional workout.
