It is the toughest challenge that I have with our listeners and viewers. Eating fish and broccoli rather than fried chicken and fries seems to be the easy part. Research has proven that in looking for more energy and fat-loss that the best type of exercise is ANY Exercise! If we would just get our bodies moving 5-6 days a week in a consistent manner, we would begin to win the battle of losing more weight, feeling better, and having the kind of energy that we are searching for. I encourage you to just start with a basic walking program.
