Sauteed Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat broth in a skillet. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes under cover. Toss mushrooms with olive oil and garlic. Season to taste.
