Sauteed Shiitake Mushrooms


  • 1 lb. sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat broth in a skillet. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes under cover. Toss mushrooms with olive oil and garlic. Season to taste.
